Back in September, he said he wouldn’t take a plea deal under any circumstances.

If he knows he’s going to jail, why waste lawyer fees on a case that’ll be moot?

It’s hard to win an unlawful termination lawsuit when you’re about to be jailed for crimes that got you fired.

Well, well. It’s why I try not to miss FR on Friday evening - news dumps that make you go “Hmm...”
To: CatOwner
McCabe knows that discovery would put him on the witness stand under oath, which would be used in the new DOJ case against him.

Someone has to take the fall for the cabal running this show. If Hillary had won none of this would be out in the open and theres more to come. I think they are starting to realize they played out the string and need the goat to sacrifice. The question is whose gonna man up.

McCabe knows all the things the DOJ may know but hasn’t come out yet.

Somebody has or will flip. I think, and he who flips first gets the best deal. They might even get a Seth Rich send off. Sometime you get the bear, sometimes the bear gets you. Maybe that ought to be the Barr 🤔
