He dismissed the FOIA case. The original 36 page complaint is at this link.

McCabe Complaint

The style, or name, of the lawsuit reflects that it was brought by "David L. Snyder in his capacity as counsel for Andrew G. McCabe." Typically a lawsuit is brought directly in the name of the client, and the complaint does not explain why this one was brought in the name of the lawyer in his capacity as counsel. A couple of reasons to do that occur to me, but I won't speculate as there may be valid reasons also.
