She’s a total nutcase if she ever thought it would be fair. Every new royal in the family, from Diana to Kate to Edward’s wife, has been chewed up by the press at one time or another. She wants to maintain her “celebrity” status that she never really had as a cable TV actress and get preachy about her pet projects. That’s not endearing to the British public, apparently. How she doesn’t get that is beyond me.
Harry has a real problem on his hands.
Prince Harry says that he wants to live in South Africa. From time to time I see articles from there about the continuing work by the Black South Africans in their legislature, to strip White South Africans of their property and businesses. There have been continued attacks on White South Africans as they travel through their country by gangs of Black South Africans. I don’t think Harry is going to find as friendly reception there as a permanent resident than as he gets as a Royal visitor.
I remember hearing a few years ago about one of the Royals (Prince Edward?) dropping out from the Royal Marines. There were "people in the street" interviews and they all supported the princeling. I remember one guy with a cockney accent saying "it took a lot of courage to stand up to his dad that way". That's where the Brits are now. Believing that a pampered prince showed "courage" by dropping out of his military service.

Before her father’s mis steps, Meghan didn’t even bother to get him together with Harry. I think she did her best to distance herself from her family with the exception, for whatever reason, of her mother. She’s obviously embarrassed by them. Her mother’s family claims that they were close to her growing up but not one was at the wedding. More of her past is going to come back to bite her.
