I guess the Norwegians won't have to start eating their babies until NEXT year.

AOC and her disciples are saddened.

I’ve read that cotton has also had particularly good weather for harvest.

Question:

What’s the over/under on apple ripening on a historical basis in Norway?

That is happening earlier THIS YEAR, is one thing. What about last year, and the previous 50 years? What about NEXT YEAR?

Before we link anything to “Climate Change” we should examine the long term trends.

yup! climate change linked to quick ripening and the next year it’s a slow ripening season it will be linked to climate change again.

doesn’t dawn on them this sort of thing (weather variety) has been happening forever and will continue to do so til God says differently.

They can use the extra apples to plump up the babies that will be used as pie ingredients.

If apples were ripening later they would blame ‘climate change’ too... What is the magic day that is ‘just right’ for apples to ripen?

I will be sure and ask the next horticulturist I meet about seasonal storm patterns.

OMG!!! “Climate Change” will kill all life on Earth!!!

NOT!!!

Every change in climate cycles means there are some “losers” yes, and it also means there are some winners. That is what LIFE is all about - those that can adapt lead the advance and continuation of LIFE.

Look at humans. We occupy in some degree just about every climate niche on the planet.

It is past time for humans to recognize that our best “weapon” when it comes to “climate change” is one of the best assets humans already have - the ability to adapt to change.

And now, in this technological age humans are better able, than ever before, to demonstrate our ability to adapt.

Where should our investments be, with regard to “climate change”? They should be in all the ways humans can find to adapt to and mitigate changes derived from “climate change”.

Meanwhile, in East Tennessee, we had June continuing into July.

We are now experiencing August in the last of September and early October.

The extreme high pressure prevented the hurricane from hitting the mainland and thus the phemenomana is good

“It has been a good season. The quality is also good.”

Whoever wrote the report must be new to the industry. I’ve never heard a farmer say they had a good harvest.
