President Trumps approval has risen to 49 percent its highest mark this year, according to a new poll.
Despite the launch of impeachment proceedings, the president saw a 2-point increase from a poll a month ago, according to the new Hill-HarrisX survey released on Wednesday and taken after the impeachment inquiry was begun.
That makes him just 2 points shy of his highest-ever approval rating of 51 percent last August, according to The Hill.
Just as encouraging for the president, his disapproval also dropped to 51 percent, his lowest level this year.
The Harris survey is among Trumps best poll results this week.

Oh wait! The Quinnipak poll just polled him at 3% approval!
And the Fox News poll, probably overseen by Chris Wallace, has Trump at a -99%
Trump is winning in the fake polls? LOL
Impeachment talks are the best thing for President Trump.

As great a president as he has been
American voters are idiots
did someone poll schiff?
woops
Excellent. I hope he gets elected by an overwhelming margin.
We all need to do our part and be sure to vote.
The future of the country is at stake, literally.
Go, Trump, MAGA!
So Trump is doing better than the polls indicate!! Winning...

Watch this guy carefully when he talks, he has a tell when he drops a particularly big whopper - his eyes open slightly more and flash.
They don’t put Democrats below 50 or Republicans above 50. So the next poll will have Trump back at 43, cap at 49, rinse and repeat.
