Trump will be impeached in the house. Senate will vote to remove from office. He will run for a second term and win. deep state cannot win. Trump needs to know that IMHO that you don't ask a foreign government to investigate your political opponent. And i am sure that is what he did........................

I’m not sure they are recorded. I read where presidents after Nixon don’t want to end up with the tapes like he had. Although having guys sit in on the call and take notes on it is pretty much the same thing. Or worse when the transcription isn’t precise.

You do know the US has a mutual assistance treaty with Ukraine for criminal investigations, no? In that light, is Biden immune from scrutiny because of his status as a presidential candidate?

Thousands of pages of documents requested by pro-Trump organizations have been stonewalled by the DOJ and FBI for years, even though Trump has the authority to declassify and release all of them.
The government lawyers are even more pitiful.
The issue I follow most closely is immigration policy.
Every time some federal judge zaps Trump with a nation wide injunction, Trump sends a group of career, Deep State, Democrat, DOJ lawyers into court to plead his case!

Not true. Impeachment is within the purview of the House of Representatives. It is equivalent to an indictment. Then the Senate tries the individual. If the individual is convicted, THEN the person becomes ineligible to hold federal offices. If not convicted by the Senate, then there is no penalty.
you realize that would take a 2/3 vote. I doubt they will get enough democrats to get a majority in the house for impeachment.
