Up next for Pres Trump - a news conference - expected to be dominated by questions stemming from launch of impeachment inquiry. By my count, this will be his 10th formal solo news conference as president. Not counting over 200 spontaneous press avails as pres.

Pres Trump begins news conference slamming press for not reporting on all of his meetings with foreign leaders at the UN this week “because you waste your time on nonsense," apparent reference to the Whistleblower report.

Pres says he supports transparency on the whistleblower issue, but also demands transparency from @joebiden on payments received by his son Hunter in Ukraine and China, and transparency from Democrats on their talks on recent visit to Ukraine.

Pres accuses Democrats of staging their attacks on him this week to overshadow what he was doing at the UN. "That was all planned," he said, providing no evidence. "The witch hunt continues," he said.

Pres Trump using lengthy opening statement to itemize his talks, meetings and actions at the UN this week, and vent his irritation with Democrats for using this week to question his actions and launch impeachment inquiry. Asks for questions about UN rather than impeachment.

Pres Trump says he thought the push for impeachment was dead after the Mueller Report. But now sees "viciousness" from leading Democrats. Accuses @RepAdamSchiff of lying about him. Suspects Schiff and @RepJerryNadler make their charges about him then "laugh their asses off."

TV reporters lined up to go live at conclusion of Pres news conference. Actually, it's hard to focus on reporting when someone else is talking on either side of you...NIKK..I refuse to show their pictures.

well, we do know that the “17” IC agencies cited by HRC is BS.
Only 3 plus the DNI...the rest are depts withing another branch.
The Marines have an Intelligence dept. Coast Guard has theirs...etc...none of them had any input on the Jan 2017 ICA report. So if they did “approve” it (no indication that they did) it would have been a rubber stamp job.

Now the name Evanina rang a bell. Another Pres. OBama holdover ...Grassley had doubts among others.
