The breakfasts from Lysie are always fun. We get our taste buds going. Get ideas for cooking and love the visuals

I had this morning a scrambled egg dish. sautéed in butter 1T each of red pepper, onion, sun dried tomatoes. Some lemon pepper seasoning and two eggs with milk. Yummy. Im obvious not cooking that in my van. Came to Jens this AM. Laundry, heating pad, LONG detox bath (2C epsom salts and essential oils (lemon grass, peppermint, lavender).

Will have a easy meal for us. My left over enchiladas from y yesterday which I couldn’t really eat. Will make up some Mexi rice and a salad with avocado/tomaote etc.

Sleep has been difficult for a week or so.. but last night did get a decent amount. so feel better. Had a chiorpratci visit yesterday and he added a new therapy.. an infrared session. about 25 minutes. Had wraps on my back, shingles, ankles and neck.

Current plans are to go to Toledo tomorrow for Jazz Festival. (this is the ORIGINAL/early jazz.. turn of century. New Orleans etc) I will be able to attend thanks to my HS./college BF Jim who will be giving me a bit of $$ to cover the gas and registration. Now just praying my van holds up. Im meeting him for lunch tomorrow at Macaroni grill in North Olmstead and go from there to Toledo

This is an annual Jazz festival .. I really like it if I had the where with all would be there for all 3 days for all session. I am grateful for the ability to attend on session.

It is one of the more reasonable jazz sessions in the country. Most are about 150/per session(3-4 hours). This one is 45. I know all the people involved and most of the bands who will be here from around the country. I don’t do very much fun stuff. so really looking forward to this. Right now, no lodging... but am not obviously worried about overnighting in my van. The hotel where it is held is sold out but even if it was I can not justify 1/3 of my monthly income for a one night room. I might be able to find someone who has an extra bed.

I follow the political news but frankly feel lost a lot of time. I am glad Bidi won.. I noted some here didn’t like him. I might be to uninformed or naive to know why but it seems he and POTUS get along well and he seems to love his country. Corey’s testimony was cool. The RATS are so disgusting. And they think they are so superior... the elite.

The head of the Veterans Health Administration announced a series of major changes at an assisted-living facility days after a dying Air Force veteran was twice found covered in ants in his bed.

Joel Marrable, who served in Vietnam, was living out his final days at the Eagles’ Nest Community Living Center in the Atlanta VA Medical Center, a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs facility.

But in the days before his death on Sept. 7, he was twice found with ants all over him. Photos showed scores of bites on his body, his daughter said last week.

No. With 98% of the vote counted, Gantz's margin of victory increased and he has declared victory. The Blue and White Party will be the largest in the Knesset with two seats more than Likud.

Gantz has turned down Netanyahu's "offer" to share the premiership with him. (Netanyahu offered to share the prime minster slot with Gantz … if he (Bibi) were to serve first. I believe this is called "chutzpah").

Gantz also repeated that Blue and White could form a unity government with Likud if, and only if, it is without Netanyahu.

Lieberman is still on track to be the "king maker".
