Trump runs a service industry. Plus he is a billionaire. He knows how important tips are to the staff & to get good service.
I remember the first days in office. He sent out muffins or donuts to the press waiting outside in the rain. Ivanka had her kids deliver muffins to the press. Trumps reached out to no avail. No reciprocation from the press jackals.

Yes, he was told that his Trump Tower was bugged and he was going through his transitioning time. SO he gather up everyone on the team and headed out to New Jersey. The reporters were furious! Instead of being inside warn and dry in his tower they were outside. I believe he put up a tent for them and had food sent out for them.
You might be talking about a different time...I believe you are. He also did this for the press.

All Polls, and some brand new Polls, show very little support for impeachment. Such a waste of time, especially with sooo much good that could be done, including prescription drug price reduction, healthcare, infrastructure etc.

No, you remember it better than I do. I forgot about the tent. There was another time when Ivanka had her kids deliver muffins.
The press gladly took the generosity, then turned around & backstabbed the Trumps.
