My dog would have put that whole plate down in the same timespan
Our Pug, God rest him, would have eaten every single one and then blamed the Papillon or the cat.
Wasnt me. You cant prove anything.

I suspect the video was staged. Clever set up if she’s getting ad revenue.
Ranger had been curled up at the foot of a chair and when he eyed the shrimp, he stretched, stood up and casually walked by the table, as though he was just strolling to another part of the room. As he passed the table, without missing a stride, his head turned to the side, grabbed the shrimp, then continued forward in one smooth motion, to another corner where he curled back up and ate the shrimp.
You could tell the whole thing was purposely planned to not draw any attention to himself and if caught, make it seem like the shrimp accidentally fell into his mouth.
It was definitely staged. The fry was purposely left hanging over the edge of the plate to entice the dog into action. I bet it had been practiced a few times as well.
No way my dog touches that fry without sour cream on it!
One of my Dobermans loves bread. Dont ask me why. He loves it. We were sitting down to eat burgers and we got distracted for just a moment and when we turned back he had half of a hamburger bun impaled on a canine. He just looked at us like, What? Didnt even try to eat it. I should have taken a picture. My wife grabbed her bun back and there was just a little hole in it where his tooth had been.
Had a dog once that would say French fries from McDonald’s but not Burger King................
That looks just like my buddy Blackjack who is also a Black Labrador Retriever.
His position is that all food must be tested by the lab.
My dog does not steal food, but she is a beggar. She stays by anyone eating, and looks at them very sad “little doggy here is starving” eyes.
Another memory of a departed dog, an Australian Cattle Dog in my case, involved a bread stick as part of a delivered pizza order. The dog, named Rock Star, was a pup and new to the household so we just had the food on a coffee table. Rock Star had just completed her puppy worming process. She was ravenous so she marched right up to the platter of bread sticks and snagged one while starting to make a quick escape. However, she wasn’t quite quick enough as I grabbed her and removed the bread stick from her mouth. I then proceeded to eat the bread stick in front of her and gave her the last bite. The dog never stole another morsel of food, even when it was in easy reach for her. She immediately grasped the pack rule about the humans eat first and will take care of the dog, too.
What? Doesn’t everyone leave a running camera pointed at the perfect angle at a plate of food left on a coffee table with a hungry dog in the house?
I once was going to eat a steak while watching something on TV...I got up go back and get rolls...When I came back, my German Shepard/Wolf cross was coming out the door with my steak...He saw me and his ears and head went down...He turned and walked back and laid the steak back on the plate...
He then tried to sneak out with his tail tucked....I kid you not....
I gave him the staek....
Only if you have a You tube channel.
Awwww. thanks for posting this... just lost our little girl a week ago... soooo hard.
We had a cat that would take one potato chip out of a bowl.
My dog also goes nuts for bread. I can’t put grocery bags down on the floor if they have bread in it because she will zero in on the bag and try to run away with it.
My friend had a poorly trained black lab - the dog learned to target children carrying food. He would gently head-butt the child in the side or stomach, just enough to startle the child, never to hurt them. Child would drop the food, and dog would grab it.
