In talking with feminists, I’ve noticed two types.
Stereotypes? No! Types. (Please read what I’m actually writing.)
First, the giving sort. This feminist spends her time helping women escape unjust and (often horrifyingly) abusive situations, from exclusion in education and employment to domestic violence, (snip) I admire her greatly.
Second, the silly sort. This feminist lectures the nice man at the station who only asked if she needed help with her suitcase; demands that a pointless statue of a girl be erected in front of an even more pointless statue of a bull; and sits round a boardroom table, in a fancy office, in a first-world country, eating all the cookies, and exclaiming loudly, “You know what feminism today really needs?” — at which point her male colleagues all slump in their chairs. “It needs Ms. Monopoly! The first game where women make more than men!”(snip)
The way Ms. Monopoly works is that, as players pass Go, females are given 40 more Monopoly bucks than males. (It’s worth noting here that the games’ creators seem to assume only two genders.) The idea behind this, it would appear, is to plaster over an imaginary gender pay gap (in the real world) with an imaginary gender pay gap (in the game).

Leftists can’t separate fact from fiction. They create fiction to represent what they want to happen. They want women to be paid a higher rate than men.
Since gender is fluid, a player can change genders during the game. Several times. Does the pay change too?

In the screen shots of the board (not in this article) the “Go To Jail” cop and the guy behind bars in jail are the same iconic images from 1935.
I’ll keep my 1985 set that still has a Christmas themed Community Chest Card, and Luxury Tax is still at $75.
The Gold Digger pickaxe was a nice touch as well.
Community Chest: You want a start in politics, so you sit on the mayor’s “staff”.
The box top is decidedly false advertising. The women should all be blonds.
And what if the man identifies as a woman? At least for the duration of the game.
Love her, and Sydney Watson, and even Shoe on Head is pretty good, though Shoe still hasn’t realized she’s actually more conservative than leftist...
At a very nice restaurant my wife and I visit, a guy at a grand piano plays oldies. Exiting, I mentioned an Anne Murray number he’d played earlier. I opined that the feminists must hate Anne Murray’s guts. #1, she’s pretty. #2 she has a nice voice and knows how to use it. And #3, most of her songs portray a woman madly in love with a man. He smiled and said, “Well we can’t have THAT, can we?” And began playing, You Needed Me.
Buy it. Don’t open it. Save it. It’ll be worth a fortune down the road.
That is hilarious.
Another one I follow is Daisy Cousens from Australia.
She always dresses nicely, is pleasantly feminine and has great diction.
