Patriots star Antonio Brown accused of raping and sexually assaulting his personal trainer - just two days after he signed a $20million deal with the Super Bowl champions
NFL Star Antonio Brown is being sued by his ex-fitness instructor who claims he raped her three times on three separate occasions between 2017 and 2018, a lawsuit filed Tuesday confirms.
The woman, who identifies herself as Britney Taylor, says she was hired by Brown as a personal trainer in 2017, alleging the first rape to have taken place in during a training session in June that year.
Taylor, a gymnast who first met Brown while they were studying at Central Michigan University together, says the 31-year-old 'exposed himself and kissed [her] without consent, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
Taylor added that she's willing to cooperate with the NFL in any subsequent investigation. It's not yet clear whether she's reported her accusations to the police.
The Patriots couldn't immediately be reached for comment by DailyMail.com

She waits until he signs a new contract to file suit. Can you say “gold digger”? I thought you could.

Why a civil lawsuit for $$$$? If she was indeed raped, I am sure the statute of limitations for the crime has not run out yet.
If she had been raped, she would be going for a criminal lawsuit, not a civil one. this reeks of false accusation and gold-digging.

Is there a police report for the first time? The second time? Or the third?
If someone was raping me regularly, I might stop my professional relationship with that person.
To: DUMBGRUNT
As soon as she said 3 times her credibility is gone.

The actual report says first was kissing, second was indecent assault, third was rape
The 'actual article' posted in the link says 3 rapes.
In any case, it's sexual assault 3 times.

...just two days after he signed a $20million deal with the Super Bowl champions This stuff needs to stop.
I advocate a new standard for rape allegations: if the accuser is an adult, the rape must be reported to police immediately afterwards. If it goes more than a week without reporting, it will be deemed consensual unless VERY convincing evidence to the contrary is presented.

Now I am a NE fan and live in Mass. (yes i will accept your condolences) and I think AB is a borderline POS...but I am sure I will be cheering for him early and often for his football skills however. This though looks like a golddigger in full blown scam mode.

The article is her side of the story. The other side of the story is that the plaintiff along with her mom had a $30,000 IRS tax lean on a property they purchased. The plaintiff reached out to Brown after he signed a previous contract (Making him the highest paid receiver in the NFL at the time) during his days as a Steeler.
Brown said no and she cut out all contact with him. About a year later she ask him to help train him (Yeah right, like he needs a female to train him). Keep in mind the plaintiff has a long-term boyfriend during this whole ordeal. Stuff starts to happen. While she was watching a religious video together he ejaculated on her (From plaintiff's statement, she was not sleeping). They also had consensual sex (Defendant claims several times). The plaintiffs boyfriend proposes to her. Boyfriend finds out about the incidences. Defendant contends the IRS/boyfriend/mom scenario plus a media circus around Brown caused her to seek a money grab.
I believe Brown is innocent until proved guilty, both criminally and civilly. Hearsay has no business in in either criminal or civil cases. If raped immediately call 911, precede to hospital, collect evidence, and file charges.
Brown did admit through a text message (Of course you can make a contact with his name and have someone else send the message) that he ejaculated on her, but also implied they had consensual sex and she remained at his residence long after that (If the text message came from his phone, easy to check). Plaintiff also said she confided to a chef and shortly after that was told to leave the residence. Not sure if its the same chef, but a former chef for Brown is suing him for $38,000 based on unpaid wages. Media is going to be busy for awhile, but this stuff is nauseating because again, Brown deserves due process even if he is a total a-hole and manwhore.

This is a civil suit; lower standard of guilt than a criminal trial.

In my opinion, she is just after some of the twenty million dollars. For any number of reasons, including that as far as it is known, the police were not called and she stayed with him. When someone is raped, they flee the rapist at the earliest opportunity and do not return.

Agree. It is at least three assaults
To: DUMBGRUNT
On three separate occasions? The travesty is that this is being taken seriously.
