Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

There doesn’t seem to be any teeth in the EO’s/laws governing money confiscation. Has anyone heard of any money being withheld?

No one wants to admit their money was withheld because in doing so they would be publicly admitting their connections to human trafficking. I assume they legally contest the withholding or seizure of assets or fight to be permitted to transfer it here and there - and during that time they may be granted the presumption of innocence. Even if they fail to overturn the application of this EO to their assets, they still wouldn’t want it publicly known.
I believe it will be made public after the DECLAS but at this point, President Trump’s mighty efforts to maintain “normalcy” on the battlefield is well-served by not naming names.
But...there are clues. The day after the EO, Anderson Cooper launched a shrieking tirade Tweet against POTUS which he quickly deleted. I forget the wording now but I remember that his family includes Satanic Queen Gloria Vanderbilt. Cooper and his mother are from the wealthy Vanderbilt family and I’m guessing that she was impacted, and possibly he was as well.
There was a lengthy “ANNEX” document that listed the specific names and companies INITIALLY implicated at the time the EO was implemented, but few if any were recognizable and a fair number of property items were foreign ships and a few aircraft.
Then the Clintons were seen on a commercial flight. Perhaps their friends stepped in and they were able to access funds another way because I haven’t heard that repeated - or the MSM simply won’t report on it. Traveling around the country as she and others did was probably a milk run to pick up money. The filthy elites stick together to so I think the pinching of funds is covered up by a network of corruption.
PS: The new EO mentions an ANNEX but it was not a tab on the EO web page as it was for a short period of time on the December 2017 EO.

I watched that video repeatedly and can not see any 757.
The object appears way to small when compared to the building and the trees in the background.
This is amazing, I have to believe that there is a reason, perhaps a trial would reveal sources and methods.
I have read enough personal eye witness accounts, from known entities, to know what happened.
