CNN) A 14-year-old has been charged with five counts of murder after confessing to fatally shooting his family members in their Elkmont, Alabama, home, police said Tuesday.
The victims are: John Sisk, 38, the boy's father; his stepmother, Mary Sisk, 35; his 6-year-old brother; his 5-year-old sister; and his 6-month-old brother, Limestone County Sheriff's Office spokesman Stephen Young told reporters Tuesday.

Agreed ... and a household where abuse is constant is also devastating tot he psyche. But to murder your 6 years old brother???
Even if he “only” killed one person he is a sociopath . The young lunatic should be terminated .

Much of the hatred stemmed from the father vainly trying to get custody from the mother to keep the son from going down the same path of drugs the mother did. Of course, being a man he didn't get custody. So the boy grew up in the environment of drugs and hatred for all things related to his father. Here in Alabama the state law says the parent who is best for the kids should get custody regardless of the sex of the better parent. But stare decisis says to do what prior courts have done forever --- give custody to the hateful drugged up mother.
Yup. This stuff would stop if we had public hangings and public decapitations. It would be a wake up call that there are consequences to bad behavior.

Sounds like this boy endured way more in 14 years than most normal people do in several lifetimes.
That said, he’s now a menace to society and should be put down like a rabid dog.

You can pretty much guarantee that he was on meds. They always are.

“The sheriff’s office said the weapon was in the home illegally, but did not elaborate.”
Drugs probably had something to do with it, too (see below).

So now the poor little child is in jail and his parents are in the morgue. Why would the gov separate him from his parents? He should be in the morgue with them.
