Normally, I come down on the side of the lemonade stand. But if it is causing a traffic problem, it needs to be closed up. Traffic problems actually are DANGEROUS, especially with people texting.
Just watch crash compilations on Youtube and you’ll see what I mean.

I can not resist stopping at a kids lemonade stand, as long as it is the kids selling. If it looks like the Mom is going to take over the sale, I move on. I buy whatever they are offering then pour it out the window once I have turned the corner. ;o)
