"These family members ultimately restrained the victim using a rope. Held him against his will, assaulted him multiple times and even threatened to kill him," according to a news release sent to Fox News from the San Bruno Police Department. The news release said the victim eventually was "released" and ran away from the home.
The 15-year-old's sister claimed her parents thought the boy was an intruder and acted in self-defense, KGO-TV reported.
"They were so scared because they found someone in the closet. They jumped because everyone was sleeping and this guy started kicking my step-father and trying to kill him," Belkys Gomez said.
Katherine Gomez, who was in the home during the alleged attack, reportedly said, "He (the victim) punched her and then my step-dad, of course, is not going to let anyone hit his wife. They tried to stop him and he was acting very violent so they grabbed a rope to try to tie him down and ask him why he was at the house."
Police said the three suspects used racial slurs during the alleged attack.
"The victim reported that throughout this attack the suspects yelled at him using multiple racial slurs, and he believed his race to be a motivating factor in the attack," police said in the news release, adding that "the victim is African-American, and the suspects are of Hispanic descent."
Katherine Gomez reportedly said the racial accusations were "not true at all."

The kid is so clueless.
He thinks his race was the motivating factor in the attacks and is not aware that being in the daughter’s closet at 2 AM played a role in it, plus his hitting the parents.
I had a friend who met all his daughters new dates in the living room while he was cleaning his firearms...they didn’t get many second dates till they moved out..

They tied this boy up with rope and held him there for 30 minutes, threatened to kill him, assaulted him, and never called the police.
They claim they thought he was an intruder. OK. So you have an intruder, you are restraining him for 30 minutes, and no one in the house calls the police? That’s odd.

May be illegals didn’t want to call in the law? I used to go get a girl I knew after raising he— cane with friends and go to a truck stop for breakfast. We were both over 18 I’d crawl up on the porch roof and peck on her bedroom window. We’d sneak out she’d drive me to breakfast and then we’d take her home. She was sleeping on the couch downstairs one night and I did the climb up and peck at the window routine her dad opened the window and told me to come to the front door. I was nervous but did what he said. I was told let Sherry drive and don’t do this crap anymore. I didn’t next time I called ahead. 50 years ago was different times.
Well, as the father of a young man, I believe that any girl’s father that makes an implied threat of violence against my son for the “crime” of taking out his oh so precious princess on a date, may just receive an ass kicking.
All the freepers that seem to be a-ok with what happened to this kid seem to be missing the very important detail that the kid in the closet was not an intruder at all. He was an invited guest of the daughter. But I’m not surprised. Tradcons are misandric to the core.
I won’t guess your age. I’m pushing up against 70. I was expected to meet the parents every time I took a girl out. Being a hick in flyover country I never doubted the father knew how to clean a gun. This was especially true at age 16. Once I hit 18 dad figured I knew the rules and Uncle Sam came calling and put his and all the fathers of girls I knew at ease. Sis had dad to watch her after I left but the older brothers can be tougher than dad’s back then.
“Spanish” people are white Europeans. These folks were likely not. Having been to Spain several times, I can tell you that most Spaniards are whiter than the typical Staten Island coogine.

I don’t care what kind of folksy yarn you want to spin to justify it, I am not OK with implied threats of violence against innocent young men and boys for the “crime” of going on a date. Maybe the boy’s father or mother should threaten the girl with violence? Are you OK with that?

Almost everyone is accepting the word of the parents. Even the news presented their story as fact.
But their story doesn’t add up. They’re claiming they thought the 17yo was an intruder and that he attacked them.
Yet, no one in the family called the police...
Yeah, this family knew perfectly well that that kid was no intruder. They were just taking their frustrations out on him because they’re angry and humiliated that their daughter is a thot.
