First, Jill Biden tells us we have to
swallow a little bit. Now we have this encouraging new that Biden's brain is....
.... functioning.

Anyone with a history of working on Slow Joe’s brain isn’t, you know, brimming with credibility on the subject of brains.

he's "as sharp as he was 31 years ago" LOL! That's not much of an endorsement.

The surgeon can claim that Biden’s brain was no worse after the aneurysms, but that is cold comfort given his starting point.

noting that he's "as sharp as he was 31 years ago" Interesting choice of words. 31 years ago was 1988, Joe Biden was running for President and had to drop out over a plagarism scandal where he didn't even bother to change the speech resulting in him lying about his own family history. And here's the headlines...
a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/plagiarism-scandal-joe-biden-first-presidential-run-1988-2019-3">Flashback: Joe Biden's first presidential run in 1988 cratered amid multiple instances of plagiarism

Somehow, “as sharp as he was 31 years ago” is not reassuring with Joe Biden.

Kassell dismissed fears about the 76-year-old Biden’s mental faculties, noting that he’s “as sharp as he was 31 years ago”
Well, he wasn’t exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer 31 years ago, so I guess that the Doc is correct.
Oh, and all kidding aside, pretty much NO ONE is as sharp at age 76 as they were at age 45. That’s a natural consequence of aging, and suggests that Kassell is a lying POS.
