If I had to guess, it is probably waiting on toxicology.
Here is my scenario for how to get broken bones diy: tie neck to bunk from top bunk and then bunch yourself up as much as possible and leap towards opposite wall. But much more likely it was the second shooter on the grassy knoll.
It’s not cool to autopsy someone while they are still alive.
So it’s not released. It’s just leaking.
For the conclusion of the autopsy and the results of the exhaustive FBI investigation just substitute the right name, “Oswald Acted Alone”.

Where are the names of the guards?
We get Pilot’s names, Flight attendant names, Cop’s names, Judge’s names.
In this Uber-information age, no one is telling us the names of the Guards.
To me, that means it’s not helpful to their case. The Media has the names.

Where’s the “statement” from the ME’s office? Where’s the press release?
It’s not on the Chief Medical Examiner’s website “news” section. It’s not linked in any of the NYT/WaPo/ABC/NBC/CBS stories.
As I have posted previously, autopsy reports consist of the PAD, the microscopic results, the brain (which isn’t even fixed or sectioned
yet), the chemistry/microbiology/toxicology, and the “event”, which is usually a narrative from law enforcement or in some cases witnesses.
This takes a long time. It is certainly not done yet.
So. WHAT was released Friday, BY whom, FOR what purpose, and WHERE is it?
It really doesn’t matter. Whatever is contained within the four corners of the report isn’t necessarily true.
For some reason in this country, people believe that whatever is written down is true. People lie, but there exists a force that impels everyone to write down the truth only.
That is what was so unbelievable about the Comey memos. Congressmen and the MSM were saying: “We don’t know if Trump is telling the truth. We’ll have to wait and see what Comey wrote down after the conversation. Then we will know.”
