And there are “designated places” that they can be picked up in vans for work and paid cash under the table.

This is all I can find...
....a white male believed to be in his mid-30s...
And,

They keep reporting from Odessa that 5 are dead, but 3 in Midland are dead also. Total 7 + shooter.
