Many oppose red flag laws. I get that. Ok here's the question:
If we do not have red flag laws, how do we disarm people we know are dangerous before they act? How do we prevent an El Paso and a Dayton shooter knowing about them before what we knew after?
Is there another way?
Bill.........now continues........ The only right which cannot, "have a law passed to limit it," is the 1st amendment, and we have several laws which limit it: you cannot slander, you cannot use hate speech, you cannot yell fire in a crowded theater.
There are no unlimited rights, even the 1st has been limited.

Nadler is a despicable cretin but it’s not just Nadler, it’s the WHOLE dim party. We all know Nadler is a malignant scumbag and so do the people who keep voting him and others like him into office.
There are always demogogues like Nadler, Pelosi and the Gang-Of-Four waiting for a chance to acquire some real political power.
The voters who give them that power are the real crux of the problem.
Democrats knew what they were doing as they infiltrated and gained control of the schools and colleges.
Now they are able to indoctrinate generation after generation in anti-American leftist ideology from early childhood on.
IMHO The only way it could ever change for the better is for patriots to retake the education system from the leftists.
The system needs to be revamped from top to bottom - from pre-school to grad school.
And we all know that is never going to happen.

Yes, this afternoon. I've gone back to actually wrapping her gifts instead of putting them in fancy bags. Darn it took me hours. I'm not use to wrapping but especially making bows and curling ribbon. My hands aren't the best dealing with ribbon nowadays.
Just came across Praying Medic apologizing again to Bill Mitchell for going off on him and his position on Red Flag Laws....Bill really helped during the maddening hours election night...but I'm not letting up on his position of Red Flag Laws....its a very dangerous position and American's lives are my concern.

I’m still trying to find out more, about what Judge Jeanine said last night....about how Epstein’s co-conspirators were ALL given perpetual immunity (in the Acosta related plea deal).
That was in 2005 (?)... so, does this apply to any crimes committed, after that immunity date???
