I would say ‘affirmative’ to all of your questions.
Judge now has a long time medical examiner, Dr Cyril Wecht, on - they are questioning the determination of suicide....especially w/NO video evidence.
Saying Hyoid bone being fractured, more consistant w/strangulation.
Showing diagram of bunk, 5’6”....Eptstein was 6’....saying JE would’ve been in a sprawled position, after jumping off that bunk. Now showing the 6’ individual kneeling next to bunk.....reviewing the suicide possibility from that level. Yes, possible (like Robin Williams).

Meatloaf.....Bat Out of Hell.....these are the songs I would listen to at 2/3/4/5 in the mornings I worked 3rd shift. I believe Meatloads mother died of cancer?...and on his graduation day from high school his dad tried to kill him with a knife. Its been a long time I listened to his life story.
