He threatened a person with physical violence. He is clearly posing a threat to others. His appearance was clearly "unhinged" and he presented himself as potentially mentally ill.
“Red flags” would only really work as an attitude adjustment tool if the person subject to them had some sense of shame.
Chris “Fredo” Cuomo has neither sense nor shame.
Masterful. That would normally be the end of the RedFlag law debate. However, nothing is normal now.
