I’ve been on this page for along time, right beside many others here. But why didn’t Barr keep Epstein alive? The government set Epstein up to be murdered. Too many “mistakes” were made. The guy was taken out by a hit, and the hit was facilitated and arranged by the government people holding Epstein. Barr is responsible. I have a hard time grasping what this means.
With this goofy-ass blog, the jokes write themselves. Where do they get these characters?

We’re all anxiously waiting for THIS one report to bear fruit. If not THIS one, perhaps the next one. By the time anybody gets to the bottom of things (if at all), all the players who perpetrated the scandal, will all be dead and buried or suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s.

I am simply amazed at the number of cynical Freeper comments about promised criminal prosecutions by Attorney Barr and others.
For any article that touches that subject I would guess 90% of the comments are, in one way or another, predicting with certainty that there will never prosecutions or jail time for anyone.
While I understand the cynicism, we have waited a long time and haven’t seen much action if any.
What I don’t understand is why the cynics bother to read the posts in the first place. If you believe there is no hope why read articles that talk to progress toward the goal of indictments?
My advice: Don’t read them. The negative one line comments comments spoil the thread for a lot Freepers. I and others read Free Republic looking for news and analysis. Reading 500 times a day that beer is going to free and the fix is in is a big waste of time.
But not fo me anymore. There is plenty to read and comment on here at Good Old FR instead of wasting your time on this nonsense.
