At this point we don't know. It possible the manifesto is by the shooter, and he uploaded it to several places himself.
It's possible the maifesto is really by the shooter, and he uploaded it to Instagram, and some random instagram reader grabbed it and sent to 8chan.

It's possible the manifesto never appeared on instagram. I know it appeared on 8chan, saw it there myself.
As for other people knowing the shooter was headed to El Paso to shoot the place up, that's possible too. There haven't been reports of others knowing, aside from reports of multiple shooters, at least one by an eyewitness.
The FIB will take this information, place it in a small folder and put it next to the case file of the Las Vegas shooter. There it will sit until the end of time.

I was actually think of the racial component that the media started on so very early. Almost too early. There’s so much race baiting, and even if these shootings really were motivated by race, I actually blame the media both for sensationalizing mass murderers and encouraging it and also for so much of the flaring up of racial tensions.
Lot of contradictions. On one hand it was uploaded BEFORE the attack so you assume it was the attacker since it was attributed to him. On the other hand, he was on the road. Of course I can post from my iPhone while fishing from a row boat but posting from the road just a few minutes before the attack is a bit unusual.
Too bad we can’t trust that the FBI isn’t instigating the shooters.

If it can be proven that it was posted after the shooting, then there is only one conclusion. Someone else was involved. Someone who knew the shooting was going down.
