Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I think the tunnels will be shorter than some think. The logistics for building a tunnel on that island, with cement and rebar, are demanding to say the least.
There don’t seem to be any stories, from locals, of a huge construction project on the island. How did they construct those tunnels without anyone taking notes? Name of contractor? Drawings?
This means that the Virgin Islands territorial government is involved.

I think so too.
BUT
If there were tunnels even dozens of miles long, they could have started on the other end, say the Dominican Republic, and end up on the island. Logistics become much simpler then.
...if it was for a “daytime” active sport...
...such as tennis etc...
...you’d think they would’ve put a close by covered area...
...a place to get out of the sun between sets etc...
...have seen an awful lot shoot houses with similar designs...
