Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Either those legal definitions will change, or the story will change. Very confusing, and reporters are stupid. Courts will be doing some major clarifying for us.
Same thing happening with adjudicating the Church-priest scandals, calling the problem “clericalism”, “abuse” of minors, But, never calling it a Homosexual ring. Or, in some rare but real cases, of pedophilia.

FYI, the unknown black dude in the video is Brandon Tatum. He is an ex cop from Fort Worth. He is also a muckity muck in the Blexit movement. He worked with Candace Owens to organize the WH event they held there. He has a you tube channel, it’s pretty good.
That woman writer for the New York Times used purportedly talking to the Q train conductor as a metaphoric way to make snarky comments to and about Q. i think the Q train just is what it is.

I used to tend bar for a private club...had a ball doing it and made some good tips...to bad that someone as loony as AOC is associated with some of us better bar tenders!!!
