Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

That would be epic if the blackout was to provide cover for a raid of the Clinton Foundation!
Trump Tower is on the east side of Fifth avenue, 56-57 street. It is right on the border of the blackout area. I don't know if both sides of Fifth avenue were affected or it was just the west side. TT is closer to the East River than the Hudson River.
I think this blackout occurred to create a positive result.
On the news, they’re calling this blackout, a mystery. LOL
There is something strange that i’ve noticed about “little saint James island” on google earth. Do that search on google earth.
Now, South side of the island in the middle there is a bay of sorts. Zoom in there, to the south of the sun dial and slightly west.
There is some type of earthwork in a strip with a structure/building to the right.
Now, using the slide for the date of the pictures go back to the earliest and then start advancing the date of the satellite photo. (Note that at some early dates this location is obscured by clouds.)
What you will notice is:
1.). At first there just appeared to be a footpath down to the bay.
2.). Later the foot path becomes a vehicular road and some earthwork (clearing and grading) is taking place adjacent to the shore.
3.). MOST NOTABLY...at some point this area of earthwork is obscured by cross hatching (looks like tile flooring).
4.). Structures appear and disappear...which is odd. One appears to be a construction trailer but nothing is ultimately built. Could this area be where materials/equipment where staged for the tunnel construction, why the need to crosshatch that out then?
I noticed this last week and have been thinking about it quite a bit. I’m wondering if there was a message/code/symbology written there that could be read or deciphered from a satellite photo. Was it a warning/reminder to the powers that be of the leverage Epstein had?!?! Presumably any operation to raid the island would start with satellite reconnaissance and while that message might mean nothing to some analyst it might speak volumes to the leader or elite that would approve any raid!
Finally...was that same message handed to the x-presidents wives at Bush Sr’s funeral, messaging that it’s all crashing down on them?
BLAM, there it is.

Just as a possible FYI.
When the power goes out in a so called 'modern lock-up', at least in the one I worked in, the electric doors sometimes have a tendency to become unlocked.
Whenever the power would go out in our facility, it would become almost totally pitch black. And remember each floor housed about 500-700.
We would kinda panic as we collected our flashlights and walked back in the pitch black to the 'Hi-power' unit (10 one man cells with the worst of the worst. Kinda hoping they wouldn't all be roaming around stabbing each other, then turn their attention to us.
And they didn't like us all that much either.
Life is an adventure.
I wonder what kinda setup they got where Epstein and Guzman are at.
Super max high security admin seg PC, no doubt.
Bet they got eyes on 24-7 too. They better anyway. I'd pay the overtime.
Speculation time.
If the power went out, it would easy to justify how Epstein got shanked by blaming it no the power outage.
Also, wouldn't be hard for the derps to contract it out to a someone housed close to him.
ALSO, and this is a big maybe, what if the people who MAY HAVE caused the outage, messed up and flipped the wrong switch, causing the outage to miss its target.
