A routine traffic stop turned into a violent war inside of a gas station ... with a massive NFL player fighting a cop AFTER being hit with a taser and TMZ Sports has the unbelievable video.

Small cop.....VS NFL Player...............
The first two cops are dangerously stupid.
To allow themselves to be in physical contact with a 300lb man who is not cooperating is the height of stupidity.
ESPECIALLY the first cop.
He should have just backed off quietly and awaited back-up.
I would not want him on my force. He put himself in an untenable situation where he was likely to be forced to use deadly force, or be killed himself.
Over a spin out in the snow.

I agree. This football player has some issues, but he also played soft with Officer Napoleon.

He could have easily taken his gun and emptied the magazine into his head.
But he never reached for the cop’s gun.
How ‘bout we hire and train cops that are taller than the cars they drive?

Um, Malik would’ve been bigger than any cop they would’ve sent. Also, the cop did pretty good with a guy Malik’s size; I’m sure he can handle himself in most situations. He was also brave!

Easy to comment on his actions when you were not there. He had no idea what malik was going to do and took action.
Somehow forgot to tell that cop that NFL dude was 2 feet taller than him. He didn’t back down a bit. Must have some Chihuahua in him.
It isn’t 100% perfect, but tasers are damn good. And with pepper spray, inside a store tgat size... everyone gets it along with the bad guy.
Looks like the cop was big enough to me.
Also, the cop did pretty good with a guy Malik’s size;
Malik was playing at 1/8 speed.
I hope Officer Billy Barty doesn't get too confident from this episode.
The cop did fine. He’s more of an expert than you. The thing about being him, is that the concept of “calling someone else”, is that he IS the someone else.
That’s a -cop- you saw right there.
Perhaps this cop thought malik was going to get back in his car and take off.. maybe killing an innocent person.
Why anyone would want to be a cop today is beyond me! It doesn’t matter what they do, they are constantly criticized.

Bullsquirt. He coulda...He might have... etc. It’s just as likely that had he backed off, Malik would have pulled a gun. Malik might have walked into the store and destroyed the clerk with a punch to the face.
Backing away and waiting as the “always” answer for scary things, is the answer for people who are uninformed.
I have read that on some people, TASERS aren’t effective.........

Okay. I need your supervisor, is not a recommended response to, give me your license, registration and insurance. A simple $200 ticket was all he was going to get.
