The first two cops are dangerously stupid.
To allow themselves to be in physical contact with a 300lb man who is not cooperating is the height of stupidity.
ESPECIALLY the first cop.
He should have just backed off quietly and awaited back-up.
I would not want him on my force. He put himself in an untenable situation where he was likely to be forced to use deadly force, or be killed himself.

The cop did fine. He’s more of an expert than you. The thing about being him, is that the concept of “calling someone else”, is that he IS the someone else.
