It’s 7:20 p.m. when he rolls into Spicy Bite, one of the newest restaurants here in rural northwest New Mexico.
Locals in Milan, a town of 3,321, have barely heard of it.
The building is small, single-story, built of corrugated metal sheets. There are seats for 20. The only advertising is spray-painted on concrete roadblocks in English and Punjabi. Next door is a diner and gas station; the county jail is across the road.
Palwinder Singh orders creamy black lentils, chicken curry and roti, finishing it off with chai and cardamom rice pudding. After 13 hours on and off the road in his semi truck, he leans back in a booth as a Bollywood music video plays on TV.
“This is like home,” says Pal, the name he uses on the road (said like “Paul”).
There are 3.5 million truckers in the United States. California has 138,000, the second-most after Texas. Nearly half of those in California are immigrants, most from Mexico or Central America. But as drivers age toward retirement — the average American trucker is 55 — and a shortage grows, Sikh immigrants and their kids are increasingly taking up the job.
Estimates of the number of Sikh truckers vary. In California alone, tens of thousands of truckers trace their heritage to India. The state is home to half of the Sikhs in the U.S. — members of a monotheistic faith with origins in 15th century India whose followers are best recognized by the uncut hair and turbans many men wear. At Sikh temples in Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield and Riverside, the majority of worshipers are truck drivers and their families.

Sikhs belong in India. If there’s a driver shortage, maybe the bosses should pay more rather than hiring cheap, non-heritage Fake Americans. Many freepers would rather sell out their fellow heritage Americans in order to buy cheaper crap in the store. Likely the Sikhs vote Rat as well. When will these civnat cuck freepers wake up?
OT, but I discovered a frozen food company a couple weeks ago named "Saffron Road." They make some outstanding "World Cuisine" (so far, Indian, Thai, Korean, Japanese and Mexican) frozen meals. Highly recommended if you are looking for something different, delicious and reasonably healthy.

With the kind of jokes that I make, I’ve been called a pun job, but I digress.
If they “transform” US trucking like they did to Canadian trucking you’re in for a rude awakening. I know a couple of trucking company owners that had to close down because they were so vastly undercut by the proliferation of shoddy, dangerous Sikh trucking companies. Same goes for my neighbour who is a mobile truck mechanic- his income has been halved by Sikh VISA workers working for peanuts out of vans. They’ve basically taken over the Canadian trucking industry by importing workers from their home country and they’re constantly being cited for dangerous driving and safety violations. It’s a universal observation that they’re incredibly dangerous and reckless on our roads. Our government had to build, at great expense, weigh scales on two secondary roads here because they constantly get off the highway and try to bypass the main scales. Cutting corners and cheating is the default position.
As for peace-loving Sikhs, that may be the case for the majority, but in this country, there is a powerful and large Kalistan Separatist Movement. In India, they are at perpetual war with the majority Hindus and they are a full blown terrorist movement. They were suppressed in India but they’re alive and well in Trudeau’s Canada. Some of their multicultural gifts to this country are the bombing and murder of 329 people on Air India Flight 182 by the Canadian Sikh militant group Babbar Khalsa. The International Sikh Youth Federation’s Jaspal Atwal attempted to assassinate Indian cabinet minister Malkiat Singh Sidhu during a visit to Vancouver Island in 1986. We live in an area dominated by Hindus and Sihks and there is a lot of animosity and violence. Prejudice doesn’t magically stop when you immigrate.

I often buy “Bowls” of Asian food, toss them in a deep pan with a little broth, and add chopped fresh veggies to be sure I get enough.

They know NOTHING about heritage American culture and ethos and they vote like it - Blue Rats all the time. They are "American" because it says so on a piece of paper. Do you think they would extend the same grace to you if you tried to become a citizen of their county, with voting and social benefits?
