Iran has been at war with most of the rest of the world since its Islamic Revolution. They owe the US some serious payback and I for one would like to see them crushed.

She’s right. The Trump administration is infested with “neoconservatives” and they’re itching for a war with Iran. Which as always they promise will be a cakewalk.
She has some points. There are DEFINITELY Deep State war mongers in the Trump Administration, and they don’t need to be there. She actually WENT TO SYRIA, and met with Assad, to get both sides of the story - and now correctly understands the situation. That’s more than any other Democrat or Republican has done (which is why she’s hated by the Democrat base and the media).
As to Iran, I don’t know enough to speak on it, but in 3 years we’ll be self-sufficient in oil (unless one of the freaks wins), so it won’t matter.

Abrams is a Neo-Con but Bolton is not. Bolton supported Goldwater in 1964 and was an early supporter of Ronald Reagan.
Iran has been at war with America for forty years.
Embassy bombings, support for terrorist groups, IEDs sent into Iraq to kill and maim our troops, etc.

I don’t care where people stand on theology...and I am not a rapture-ready ‘end times’ kinda gal.
But our duty as a Western nation and gatekeeper of our Judeo-Christian social fabric and historic legacy necessitates a moral obligation to the integrity of Jerusalem. Period.
Go to any museum in Europe and look at an old world map. It didn’t matter whether the map was made in Britain or Italy. Jerusalem was always the center.
Bolton is an anti-communist, anti-jihadist hawk. Neo means new. The neo-cons were former democrat Vietnam war hawks that supported LBJ in 1964 but by 1980 supported Reagan. In other words they were new Conservatives. Bolton supported Goldwater and Reagan from the beginning.
Just because you want to hurl a slur or insult at Bolton doesn’t mean you can change the meaning of a word.
Many of today’s neocons were not around or at least not of political age during the Vietnam War. Get with the times!
