I have used HRV (Heart Rate Variability) training for years, a friend that also uses it claims it shows if he had a second beer the night before! I use it to show peak days for high-intensity training. To spend time at 100% HR, I need all the help I can get!
All of the people using fitbits or other health monitors: congrats, your unique heart rhythm is now in a database. One that can be used to track or target you.

Special ops... What may be just as important as identifying people is identifying unknowns. Say your agent, contact, etc was a known good guy and he/she has a “signature” on file. A team on overwatch could discriminate the friendly from everyone else, and if things go bad...
