Court officials say a Florida man charged with burglary defecated during his criminal trial and tried to throw his feces at the judge.
The Miami Herald reports 33-year-old Dorleans Philidor was sitting in a wheelchair next to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh when officials say he tried to throw his excrement at her. It did not reach her. There were no jurors present during Fridays incident.

He was aiming for the fan.
Just expressing what he thought of the case against him; and he was right.
He should be fecing new charges
If this judge doesn’t cite him for contempt then she deserves to have every defendant do the same.
Hopefully with better aim.
If dude had been white hed be in a WORLD OF $HIT right now. Pisses me off, the constant double standard. Cowardly judge. Racist, too.

Talk about chimp-out!
