I just feel sorry for Him when I practice guitar, mandolin, and singing because I know He’s right there listening - and my talent doesn’t rise to the level of my enthusiasm.

Awe the “poor widow” in talents! We share what we have! As long as it’s a joyful noise keep it coming.
Did a paper in college: 90% of population played a musical instrument at time of civil war. Then the gramaphone was invented and they all realized what talent was and stopped playing for themselves. It’s really sad. We are so afraid of others judgement.
On of the younger mothers at church has hearing problems and I’ve never ever heard her sing one note on pitch, but she always smiles and sings to the top of her lungs We all clap to beat or sing along. It truly is a joyful noise and she knows we love her just the way she is.

It *is* hard to believe that the little things are important to Him.
