I was furious the guy at the store didn't sync it for me. He had my text people in my contacts. Not my phone people..I didn't know they were two different procedures. My shazam app for music was not with all my other apps either. I use that app often. When there's a song being played somewhere all I have to do is hold up my phone and it tells me the name of the song and who's singing. It a free app with android.
