We could open an amusement park right on the border, make it FREE to ALL illegals, good citizens that we are, have Spanish speaking ride attendants touting how much fun the ride is, what could go wrong. With only one exit right on the border that opens up into Mexico.
When they walk out of the amusement park - BAM! they're right back where they belong!
