Caldera was arrested on suspicion of murder, gross vehicular manslaughter, hit-and-run resulting in property damage, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was booked into the Southwest Detention center with a bail of $1 million, and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday morning.

Outrageous, this is a sanctuary state, he should be released, have another vehicle purchased for him, and given 500.00 to get high again. After all, I'm sure Janet Genao's family will not miss her.

Another heartwarming, cultural enrichment story for the leftists, who want no border control or immigration restrictions.

25 years ago I was traveling down the 60 freeway near Riverside and saw a couple of watbecks spin out and hit the center divider. They instantly jumped out and jumped over the divider and ran right across the other side in heavy traffic causing cars to weave and spin out. The guys didn’t get hit. Unfortunately.

“driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license.”

He’ll be able to vote, won’t he?

It appears that the truck ran right over the top of the sedan, destroying it.

I know all pickup drivers aren’t jerks, but the biggest jerks on the California freeways drive pickups. They must feel impervious to laws and damage.

Drunk Mexicans have killed thousands of Texans over the years, part of the curse of having Mexico as a neighbor.

If someone would gather the stats for the entire nation, it would be interesting to see this contagion spreading across the country as illegals squat in other states now.

According to posters on Youtube, this guy has done this before:

From about 6 months ago... Man Arrested, (Javier Caldera, 25), (on a felony eluding charge), in Centralia After Leading WSP on Pursuit

From Thurston County The Chronicle Nov 26, 2018

An Auburn man was arrested in Centralia on a felony eluding charge after allegedly leading authorities on a vehicle chase starting somewhere in Thurston County and ending on foot in Centralia.

A Washington State Patrol spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment regarding what prompted the chase.

In Centralia, police were notified at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday of a pursuit heading southbound on Interstate 5. Officers deployed spike strips on the southbound Exit 82 ramp, in case the vehicle’s driver, later identified as Javier Caldera, 25, tried to head into Centralia — which is allegedly what happened, said Centralia Police Department Sgt. Dave Clary.

The vehicle drove over the strips, and blew at least one tire, said Clary, and ended up crashing into a nearby fence on Harrison Avenue. Caldera allegedly left the vehicle and ran away. Officers looked around the area for a couple hours without finding Caldera.

Clary said officers went to businesses in the area and described the suspect to staff members. One eventually spotted Caldera on foot in the area and contacted police. Officers responded and arrested him without further incident. He was turned over to WSP.

I have driven every work morning for the past 10 years on the 15. It has gotten so bad in the past 2 years. Folks are driving way to fast, weaving in and out of traffic, tail gating and exiting & entering the freeway on 3-5 lane jumps.

They will wreck into you and it is YOUR responsibility to avoid THEM (as they see it anyway).
