Fox News host Tucker Carlson discussed the militarys different approach to UFO sightings with former military intelligence official Luis Elizondo on Fridays edition of Tucker Carlson Tonight.
*snip*
Let me ask you one last question, said the Fox News host. Do you believe, based on your decade of serving in the U.S. government on this question, that the U.S. government has in its possession any material from one of these aircrafts?
I do. Yes, he responded.
Do you think the U.S. government has debris from a UFO in its possession right now? asked Carlson.
Unfortunately, Tucker, I really have to be careful of my NDA, said Elizondo, cautiously. I really cant go into a lot more detail than that
But simply put, yes.

Or they might be a little sloppy. What was the movie where we are transported into the future and humanity has become so lazy and low IQ that the common man of today appears to be a genius in the future high tech society?
There was a picture on the front page of the Dallas Morning News that had what looked like an arrow-shaped white, fuzzy craft with an exhaust trail heading into some clouds. They labeled it a UFO.
Evidently the photo department at the DMN took off the day for training. The image is exactly what you get if you kink a film negative while handling it. Being in the industry, I saw it right away. As they might have said in Blazing Saddles, “These white people are really stupid.”
Idiocracy?
exactly, but what was the prevailing science 300-400 years ago....no one then could have ever dreamed about the technology today....we can only imagine what it will be like 300-400 years from now....the prevailing science today might be completely different then.....
Has some form of intelligent life figured out a way to travel thru space to visit Earth, the chances are no...but I’m not 100% sure....I’m willing to think anything is possible even something that we can’t comprehend today.
Yep.
I refused to believe in UFOs until one flew up my butt and released little skittle sized eggs that hatched and grew tubes on my forehead. My dog saw me and ran off. My girlfriend saw me and started screaming. She ran away too.
Damned aliens. Illegal too.
Exactly. Unidentified Flying Object means simply that - not identified. Suppose you’ve developed a new high-zoot sensor, maybe optical, maybe infra-red, maybe radar, etc. You try it out scanning various examples of terrain around the world etc. Maybe you come across something interesting so you send a team in to investigate the unexpected readings. You find aircraft debris, bring some back to figure out who’s it was, what it was, etc. That makes them UFOs. UFO does not automatically mean non-terrestrial (ie. space alien) in origin.
“Maybe tomorrow instead of posts from your fellow Freepers, something truly wondrous might appear on your computer.”

Exactly the name that came to mind when I read Steves original post. Hynek was the initial and primary UFO investigator hired by the U.S. government, and spent years on the project. He was completely skeptical that UFOs came from extraterrestrial origins, although you would never know that reading his current wikipedia entry.
I am convinced that these phenomena are just different manifestations of demonic influence.
It wasnt until well into the 20th century that the manifestations were identified as flying saucers. Up until then, they had always been known more as witches on brooms, floating leprechauns, etc. Obviously if they were alien, and had advanced technology that brought them from halfway across the universe they would have been seen as flying saucers, or more modern in design, all along.
If you can see a hologram with your eyes, are there tests that show it can't be defected on radar? - Tom
“Look! “A UFO!’’ “Let me get my crappiest camera and take a picture!’’
Believe me, a hologram wont reflect radio waves. Wont show on radar..
Thanks
With FTL being possible, there are few reasons to believe, concretely, that no other civilizations can not reach Earth. The possibility is always there. Common events performed by humans today would have been considered “magic” just a century or two ago.
FTL, though, is not possible due to E=MC*2.
The inertial energy you generate by moving at any where near light speed converts to increase in mass to the point you can’t be pushed any faster.
I knew Dr. Hynek, and he was completely open-minded concerning their being extraterrestrial life forms. He even did a cameo in the Close Encounters film because he was completely open to this revelation of extraterrestrials occurring at some point in our future.
I suggest a gradual approach. Lets get an interplanetary civilization going. Then an interstellar civilization. Then an intergalactic civilization. Then an interuniversal civilization. This should keep us busy for a while. The damn commies are gonna set us back 10,000 years though.
