Didn’t read to see what personal loss Biden experienced but “touchstone” made me think Biden’s creepiness with his hands would be part of the topic. But then I saw it was from NBC.
So to honor his dead son,he sets his living son up with billions from China. What a Dad.
Expect these gushy puff pieces for Biden until November 2020.
They might as well hire the producers who create the sobbing vignettes for athletes at the Olympics.

Our grandparents and great parents DID in many cases pass down the horrible legacy that was left behind to come here.

But what about parents? IF they’re nailing home what’s right into the kids’ heads, they should have a fighting chance.
I was only 10 when I picked up QUICKLY on a communist nun at my school speaking garbage about America and let mom and pop know and they complained.
She did it again and I did the same thing.
She knew it was me even though I denied it.
Funny how she knew it was me. I never argued outright in class.
And shame on me with Italian descendants being such a squealer! :)

For some reason, the evidence shows, in the early 2000s, Joe Biden began to remark in public that his wife had died at the hands of someone who “allegedly . . . drank his lunch instead of eating his lunch.” That Curtis Dunn “was an errant driver who stopped to drink.”
That drunk-driver story spread into news accounts. The Dunn family, who had strong sympathy for Biden, was shocked by the sullying of their now-dead father. They wrote the senator and asked him to stop and reminded him of the exonerating investigation. When that didn’t happen, they went public.

He has always gone for the sympathy vote. Before the death of his son, he used the car accident death of his first wife and a child in his campaigns.
It gets the women’s vote.
Is it me or does Biden look like he has been embalmed? The guy does not look well.
So Joe turns out to be a sympathy whore....He gets none from me.
I believe he lost his first wife and a daughter in a car accident (years ago).
