I know it’s ridiculous to most of you, and maybe it IS just plain ridiculous.
But I get SO MAD when I see an Italian last name when looking at the author of these types of articles.
HELLO!!! You grandparents or great grandparents LEFT the socialist utopia because it SUCKED!!
My pop and mom’s grandparents left because it SUCKED!
Jews fled communism and socialism because they SUCKED AND because those governments killed their fellow Jewish countrymen!!
Cubans were THRILLED to get here because communism SUCKED.
And NOW this Cuban generation is turning dem!
Asians NEVER voted R here. Even the ones from communist countries started out voting dem!!
Our grandparents and great parents DID in many cases pass down the horrible legacy that was left behind to come here.
Somewhere along the line, the message got lost.
Or just plain old not believed anymore.
Socialism is great. It’s just the Italians/Germans/Russians/Cubans/Venezuelans/etc. didn’t/aren’t doing it right...the mantra goes.
