Schiff told the New York Times that CIA Director Gina Haspel and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats should follow former Defense Secretary James Mattis’ lead and resign if they are asked to do things that jeopardize intelligence community members. “If it gets to a point they are asked to do things that are unlawful or jeopardize the men and women that work within the I.C., they should speak out and, if necessary, follow the example of Secretary Mattis,” said Schiff.

They don’t need pressure. They need direct orders. The President is the final authority.
And the IC has done 6 or 7 decades of horrific damage to America. They deserve no protection for their sources and methods because those were the very sources and methods used to try to overthrow the US Government.
The US intelligence community is BADLY in need of some disinfecting sunshine.
Also, wonder if Schiff has an inkling about where Haspel’s and Coats’ loyalties.
I know I am questioning them.

Dems who have never had any issue with illegal release of stolen classified intel
(including keeping classified data on HRC's private server and Huma Abedin's laptop)
are suddenly concerned about the LAWFUL declassification of data. How curious is that?
