And I make the same complaint as an avid golfer.
The problem isn’t that Trump likes golf, or that he finds at least some time to play it. Rogan is right that presidents need relief from the stresses of the job, and golf is a salutary diversion. And the problem isn’t that presidential golf costs more than golf by anybody else, because of course security and other considerations make it so by necessity.

I never begrudged Pres. OBama his golf...ever. The number of vacation trips and places ? yeah....but not the golf part.
Pres. Trump goes “home” and plays golf. He does have homes in places where the Obamas would vacation so the comparison isn’t fair.

Honestly, the job is stressful and a lot of work is performed while playing golf. I have no problem with it, regardless of which party the POTUS is from.

So this may not be popular here but the government overall spends too much money. We should determine a budget for suc( things and make the government officials (including Trump’s staff) determine how to maximize its use. Go over budget, need to request a variance and the money has to come from somewhere else.
