Not that I care, but what could possibly be the negative reporting about the Mexico deal? This rabid anti-Trump mindset has left about half the country not even able to see clearly or think straight! I think I saw someone even spin the deal as “Trump caves on Mexico”. Good grief.

I am so sorry for all the illness I see reported. NIKK. I esp worry about you. Not sure all that is going on but I think it is deeper than you share. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I too have just felt crappty the past days (weeks, months?).. between the anemia, shingles neuralgia, back issues, allergies and just in general being old, things are not too great. I miss having wifi without a lot of effort. On Thursday I never left my property. Just actually stayed in van and slept most of time. I did wake up and play on FB a bit but then feel guilty as I am eating up my brother’s data program. I spent last night here at Jens. Cooked her Missississippi pot roast and mashed potatoes, which she liked. I made separate carrots and had some mashed potatoes.. that was plenty. My appetite is about non existent any more it seems

I did something interesting with the carrots. I love to experiment. they were the top on.. I scrubbed, peeled and did planks. par cooked them. then sautéed about 1/4 cup onions and thin slices of dried apricots in butter. added some seasoned salt and put on carrots. really good. Jenny had a wine paring platter and included with the 4 cheeses was the apricot and almond mixture.

Loving the news of our wonderful POTUS..

New thread probably on Monday. It will be raining here and I will hole up at library and punch it out. Next new thread after that the day of the “big announcement” rally in Fla. the 22, our weekly thread is becoming bi monthly it seems and sometimes longer
