City officials in San Antonio, who discriminated against Christian-owned Chick-fil-A in their airport contracting, are trying to hide from the public their conversations now that theyre under investigation for their behavior.
WND reported in December the chain with the famed cattle urging Eat More Chikin has been forecast to leap past Taco Bell, Burger King and Wendys to become the third largest restaurant chain in the U.S.
The liberal hatred for the chain erupted when Dan Cathy, the son of founder S. Truett Cathy, said in an interview in 2012 he supports traditional marriage.
Since then, students on college campuses have demanded that the chain be banned, city officials in Toronto and Pittsburgh have worked against the company, and in San Antonio, officials approved an airport contracting agreement with the provision that Chick-fil-A be banned.
When news came of San Antonios decision to single out Chick-fil-A, First Liberty Institute asked Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao to investigate whether the citys rejection of the restaurant chain violated federal nondiscrimination law and would impact any grants.
City officials said they would refuse to allow a franchise in the airport because the company has donated to organizations such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Paul Anderson Youth Home and the Salvation Army.

Yeah...ChickFilA doesn’t shoot people and isn’t corrupt.
Here’s a previous thread from back when this was being voted
on by the City Council.

cows with guns
She is bred again...To keep the milk flowing, the cows are bred again and again...
And after menopause?
(Or is that bullopause in a cow...?)
I don’t know if cowa go through menopause...
By the time they can’t be bred again, they are too old to be worth anything as far as beef goes...
From Live Science:
But, for the most part, reproduction in animals seems to continue up to old age and death, though at a diminished capacity.
And they're tough to eat.
For the last 50+ years, my grandfather, and now my uncle, raised a small number of beef cattle (usually white-faced Black Angus steers, but there were some variations in the breed) for butcher every year. These were usually sold to friends/family by the hanging half.
The family has always used the same butcher, with no problems. One year, however, there was an old dairy cow brought in by a small owner/operator. It was to be butchered and all turned into hamburger.
Well, somewhere along the line, a side of one my uncle's beef steers got mixed up with a side from the dairy cow.
It only came to light when some folks who wound up with dairy cow instead of beef steer meat mentioned that the steak was tough and flavorless. I'm not sure how they sorted it out with the butcher, but my uncle has not stopped using the company.
Donating to the Salvation Army. Yeah, that's pretty heinous. I'm reminded here of the feminazis who were kicking around the Little Sisters Of The Poor not so long ago. Nobody was impressed.
The general public have no clue on the difference between Holsteins and Herefords.
huh. I wonder why we humans are so “lucky”?
(You haven’t lived until your spouse is going through menopause at the same time your daughter is going through puberty.)
San Antonio is an altogether wicked city. Now they are criminally corrupt, withholding evidence from a legitimate investigation.
When are the handcuffs coming out?
“cows with guns,” with death drones driving larger-than-usual tract armored vehicle.
We call that "The Horns of A Dilemma"...:)
I don’t know why, but your post kicked up a storm of creative Photoshop urges...:)
Fortunately they both outgrew it. I don’t think I will ever fully recover.
Hmmm, we should ping Darks...
Hey Darks!
See post 35!
“San Antonio is a place infested with illegals. English is a foreign language. You would think Christianity would be strong and there. Nope. Just drugs an illegals.”
It is a religious city, far more than most. Drugs are a problem here...but name me one place besides Amish America where they aren’t. English is NOT a foreign language - though a lot of people (probably 10% - 15%) would definitely prefer to speak Spanish, probably 95% of those people can and do speak and understand English. Infested with illegals? Yeah, that’s true, because we’re the closest large schitty to Turd World Mexico (and I can say that, I married a Mexican - a legal one, btw).
You want to know the problem with San Antonio? It is our local pols - and they are typically elected by about 8% of the populace, because local elections are in May and not November. I’m quite sure that this is not an accident. These pols that voted to exclude Chick-fil-A from the airport were NOT representing their constituents. I have yet to pass a Chick-fil-A anywhere in the schitty - even in the overwhelmingly Hispanic areas - that wasn’t crowded, and with a long drive-through line (and neither is because their service is slow - it isn’t - it is because the food is DAMNED good).
