These are old tax returns but DJT needs to find out who released them and prosecute them! For a private citizen to have their tax returns made public without their consent is a travesty.

So the NYT aided and abetted a felony in the theft of these returns?

Business on any level is full of ups and downs. On the massive level that President Trump engaged in...there were surely losses and gains.

All I know is that he worked his butt off, took good care of his family and is very wealthy.

aw, isn’t that cute.

The New York Slimes and their CNN and FakeNews friends are publishing info on the tax returns of Donald Trump.

They lost on the primary campaign.
They lost on the general election.
They lost on collusion.
They lost on obstruction.
They lost on public opinion.
They lost on impeachment.

They will lose on this too.

Americans don’t care, you hacks calling yourselves journalists.

You lose.

Because their candidate was truly indeed the world’s smartest person, let alone woman.

Imagine what a country we’d be if the GOP was as forceful and combative over the last 30 years as the Democrats.

What a crock of bovine excrement. Granular analysis of 30 year old data that is reputed to be representative of the actual returns that were mailed to the paper. So how was this data corroborated? Confirmed by second source? Isn’t journalism supposed to.....oops.....forgot. This the the Times. Never mind.

“...with the figures from his federal tax form, the 1040, for the years 1985 to 1994 ....”
How did they unlawfully gain access to his 1040’s?

Why wouldn’t he use the 1120 forms?

We went through this nonsense with Rachel Maddow a while back.

While everyone here was ventilating and asking themselves why nobody was prosecuted for breaking the law and leaking those tax returns to her, some of us figured out that they were probably mailed to MSNBC by someone who had permission to send the information.

Ten bucks says this is exactly what happened here.

Dear NYT, please release Pelosir’s and Her husbands tax returns and all other financial documents going back to when she first became a congressman. Please include all emails, texts and phone records, from her her husband, her staff, his staff and all financial experts working for them. I want to know how she and her husband got so rich.

Also, I would like to see all of Senator Durbin’s taxes and financial transactions going back to January 2008. Please include all financial institutions that traded his financial assets. Please include all emails, texts and phone records.

Trump’s early career can be summed into one statement.

If you owe the bank $1,000,000 you have a problem; if you owe the bank $10,000,000 the bank has a problem.

Seems his beat deals were getting the banks to back his projects.

What NYT and the people trying to “expose” DJT on various topics don’t get is that people didn’t elect him because everyone believed everything he claimed about himself or his promises. His debts, and It was because he was the only candidate in a long time that could be realistically expected to at least try and change the status quo.

And try he has, even if he has been stymied at every turn by turncoats in his staff and outsiders in the GOP, Democrat and media establishments. Regardless of the durability of any legislative accomplishments, his true legacy will be establishing the blueprint for radical politicians to challenge the status quo.

So even if these are accurate (and from the white houst response it looks like they might be) it won’t change the mind of a single person who voted in DJT in 2016 or 2020.
