I just updated to Oreo OS on my gorgeous Samsung Galaxy S8 and them sum beeches at Google changed all my icons to some book chit with frames and there is zero possibility to change back to original theme and icons.
They also effed my texts and a few other things.
I can't stand this cartoonish theme buttons!
They are for 4-7 year olds and took my very professional looking phone down to etch-a-sketch looking crap.
Rant off...
I will upgrade to iPhone on my birthday and Samsung/Google can go to hell...
Wasted quite a bit of money upgrading to this phone,only to have them down grade it
Oh, just realized they also dropped the video player to some asinine klugee thing as well.
Sure, I can go download other apps and customize but, damnit! It was fine the way it was and I dont have time to create new themes

If I can’t roll back the OS on this POS over the weekend it will be used for batting practice and ull go back to the J7
I must be missing something crucial with all these iPhag phones.

I tried em and I’m not interested in learning how to make themes or map icons...

They also deleted all the emojis everyone knows and replaced them with “Seymor Sloth” and a couple other lame ass emojis.

Google is evil. Android is Google, therefore Android is evil. So you’re doing yourself a favor kicking Android out the door.
I got so sick of the telemarketer calls on my Android I changed it into something Google doesn’t like. I finally figured out how to make it DO NOTHING when somebody calls me. Life is much better and since I retired there really are only a couple people I care to talk to.
Go into settings and change the theme. Problem solved.
Look under wallpapers and themes...
