Most positive contacts with the public at the DMV would have to be faked. People come in with dumb questions. My favorite in NYC was where a girl in front of me asked the DMV person if she could have the “easy test,” because her friends had told her there was an “easy test.” He didn’t roll his eyes but just told her there wasn’t an “easy test” - so this means he’s an alcoholic?

Sorry, but this is just a dumb study and I’m not sure exactly what their objective was in doing it.
