Where would that END?!?!
Do we NEED cars that go more than 35 mph or do we WANT them?
In fact, no cars at all is the only sure way to avoid casualties.
And how many six packs are going to be brought before the court as a cause of SO MUCH violence??

The basis of this lawsuit isn't the gun itself. The plaintiffs are claiming that it was Bushmaster's
advertising that caused the shooting.
Since the little retard stole the gun, the advertising had zero to do with his actions, but since our judiciary is infected with left-tards, this suit is somehow being allowed to continue instead of being tossed as it so rightly deserves.

Why don't they file a lawsuit against the judges who let the criminals out?
I think this makes more sense than suing a firearms manufacturer.

Why aren’t they going after the Miners and smelters that produced the Brass and lead for the Cartridges, they should pay too.

Is this about product liability? If the weapon malfunctioned and ended up killing people then they might have a case.
I don’t think it malfunctioned, the person holding it did.

Lanza was likely on drugs. Will pharmaceutical companies be sued also.
To: SleeperCatcher
What they need to be suing is the local and county authorities for concentrating little children in a target-rich environment whilst concurrently providing easy access that attracts deadly crazed predators.
Very seriously.
The schools provided the provocative environment, and also the motive through their mistreatment of the perpetrator in his early life. The software purveyors of violent computer games provided the practice in methods effectiveness, and should also share the financial burdens. The mother was the source of the means, not the manufacturers who merely supply local legitimate gun shops, not the customers directly.
