Under questioning from Rep. Jose Serrano (D-NY), Barr spelled out the criteria he is using for redacting the Mueller report:

“First is grand jury information…The second is information that the the intelligence community believes would reveal intelligence sources and methods.

The third are information in the report that could interfere with ongoing prosecutions. You’ll recall that the special counsel did spin off a number of cases that are still being pursued. And we want to make sure that none of the information in the report would impinge upon either the ability of the prosecutors to prosecute the cases, or the fairness to the defendants.

And finally, we intend to redact information that implicated the privacy or reputational interest of peripheral players where there is a decision not to charge them.

“I don’t remember specifically the date of these conversations, but I know that David was anxious to get [the dossier] into the hands of FBI. And being the person at the FBI that he knew the best, he wanted to give it to me,” Baker told lawmakers Oct. 3, 2018, according to a testimony transcript released Tuesday.

Baker was speaking of David Corn, a reporter with Mother Jones who was one of a small handful of journalists to interview dossier author Christopher Steele prior to the 2016 election.

Baker, the top FBI lawyer, testified that it was Rosenstein's idea to wear a wire against the president, and that Baker suspected Roseinstein wanted to get revenge against Trump for using Rosenstein's anti-Trump letter as a pretext to fire Comey.

And we learned today from Barr that RR is staying around to get to the bottom of the FISA usage.

I'm worried that this is the fox guarding the hen house, unless Baker is lying.
