No, he ruled that what we’re doing is LIKELY illegal, which is even funnier. If the judges can’t settle on either legal or illegal, they should forfeit their paychecks, shut up and let the grownups run things.

I think the President should just ignore the judge.
It is the President, under the Constitution that has the responsibility to protect the country, and we are under a NED.
It is a clear separation of powers issue.
Like Andy Jackson said, “The judge has made his ruling, now let him enforce it.”
